Exploring product value with customer discovery
A client wanted to give product teams a tool that directs progress towards achieving desired outcomes. To do this, they launched a tool designed to help product teams become more productive and aligned by identifying key points in meeting notes and lists of tasks. The tool runs through a product backlog and meeting minutes to determine what pieces of information are necessary for team alignment.
Despite their solution towards achieving desired outcomes, our client recognized instantly that they would need to conduct customer discovery interviews to better understand their customers and if the product would of be value to them.
What did Lightster do to help?
Using our thousands of verified users, we helped our client build and explore user communities consisting of different job titles / roles, industries, and team setups. They completed over 80+ co-creation sessions with Lightster to discover the pain points of product team members and if their solution would help teams get better alignment to communicate more effectively.
