Our client wanted to give Product Management teams a tool that identifies key decision points. It was presumed that key decision points require team alignment to yield cohesive team decisions for the best possible results. The tool allows Product Management teams to check-in, review, and approve each decision when required. Ultimately, the tool overcomes 2 key pain points; making the right decisions and saving time.
Even though they found a solution for the 2 key pain points, our client wanted to discover who would find the product useful. They were, however, unsure where to find the right people.
For their discovery, they wanted to learn whether product teams would implement this tool into their workflow. Additionally, they wanted to solve what the go-to-market strategy is for the product. Often, uncertainty would arise when determining if the tool should be used as a standalone product or as an add-on to an already widely used platform like Slack. They needed a solution quickly.
Using our thousands of verified user profiles, our client was able to build everlasting user communities filled with the Product Managers they needed. During their user interviews, Product Managers participated in customer discovery to provide our client with feedback on their product prototype.
The product management team who helped our client received gift card rewards in appreciation for their time.
